Investor

Eligible to participate in AXC permissioned products (classified as represented assets under the RWA.xyz framework). Currently available only to investors located in supported jurisdictions.

An investor must be a legal person qualifying as a Professional Investor or Accredited Investor under the applicable jurisdiction (for example, a natural person or corporation). All investors must complete AML/KYC verification and wallet address whitelisting before being approved to hold or receive tokens.

The legal relationship between the investor and the token issuer is governed by a legal contract addendum and the General Terms and Conditions, with strong legal recourse. Investors directly participate in the economic performance of the underlying assets.

Investor rights include the legal right to convert tokens to cash, creditor rights against the token issuer including the right to force involuntary administration, and entitlement to a pro-rata share of underlying assets in the event of liquidation. All legal rights are enforceable via arbitration award through an internationally recognized arbitration panel. The token issuer remains subject to applicable anti-fraud and anti-scam laws.

Tokens issued to investors cannot be transferred directly to other token holders. Investors must deposit and withdraw fiat currencies in exchange for tokens.
