KYC/AML policies
Partner Access (via Distribution Channels)¶
For users accessing our products through third-party distribution channels, AXC Labs ensures regulatory compliance by relying on our licensed partners and other KYB distribution partners (e.g., neobanks and regulated exchanges). These partners are responsible for enforcing end-user KYC/AML policies in accordance with their respective jurisdictional and licensing requirements.
Partner Guidelines¶
For third-party distribution partners interacting directly with the AXC protocol, AXC Labs ensures regulatory compliance through a robust, principles-based internal vetting process. Among the measures in this this framework are the following:
Wallet Screening (KYT & KYA)
All on-chain wallets must pass Know Your Transaction (KYT) and Know Your Address (KYA) checks powered by BlockSec’s Phalcon Compliance suite before they are approved to hold or receive tokens. This involves real-time screening of wallet addresses and transactions against OFAC sanctions lists and global risk databases. By filtering high-risk entities and flagging suspicious fund flows.Jurisdictional Restrictions
Users located in the United States, Mainland China, or any jurisdiction currently under United Nations sanctions are strictly prohibited from interacting with the AXC protocol. To actively enforce this policy, the AXC protocol has implemented IP geo-blocking for all restricted regions.
